How do Asian Vision subscribers get the KonsultaMD benefit?

Asian Vision subscribers will receive a unique voucher code, usually distributed through flyers to activate their KonsultaMD health plan, subscribers need to download and register on the KonsultaMD app and then claim the voucher code within the app.

How do I consult a doctor using my voucher/health plan?

For Voice Consultation (Hotline):

Dial (02) 7798 8000 or (+63)919 056 07029 .

‍

State your existing health plan or voucher . If you don't have one, you will be assisted to purchase a subscription or standalone consult .

‍

Proceed with the consultation . Your prescription or lab request will be sent to you via email and/or SMS afterwards.

Who can claim and use the voucher?

Asian Vision decides who receives the vouchers. However, anyone who has a voucher can use it for themselves or share it with relatives and friends, as long as the person using it is 18 years old and above10 .

I received a voucher but I can’t see my health plan on the KMD app.

‍Make sure you have claimed the voucher code from the KMD app Home Page. Then, when scheduling your consultation, choose the voucher from the “Plans and Vouchers” selection .

After activating my voucher, when will my subscription expire? Your subscription is valid for 1 year from the activation date..

How can I view my medical records (prescription, lab request)?

1. You will receive a notification after your consultation.

‍

2. Open the app and click Records at the bottom of the homepage.

‍

3. Under Encounters, you will see your consultation records.

‍

4. Under Prescriptions, you can see and download your prescription.

‍

5. Under Lab Request, you can open the consultation record and then download your lab request .

What if I need help or have a concern?

You can contact KonsultaMD Help Support in the following ways:

Open the KonsultaMD app, click Messages at the bottom, and select Help Support to chat with a Wellness Representative.

‍

Call the KonsultaMD Hotline at (02) 7798 800010.

Send an email to wellness@konsulta.md .... If your concern is about a refund that hasn't been credited within 2-3 weeks, you can also reach out to Wellness Representatives via in-app messages with your mobile number, name, transaction ID, and issue .

What is the validity of the vouchers? Distribution of vouchers is valid until October 22, 2025.
