Promo Mechanics:
1.The promo is intended for prospects with requirements for the following : current cable Tsubs upgrade to fiber bundle, non-subs of fiber bundle, fiber only subs to fiber bundle (fiber + cable TV).
2. Go fiber and enjoy the following packages (official launch):
a. New sign ups of Fiber Bundle 1499 at Up to 120Mbps with cable TV for lock in for 24 months
b. New sign ups of Fiber Bundle 1299 at Up to 80Mbps with cable TV for lock in for 24 months
c. New sign ups of Fiber Bundle 1099 at Up to 50Mbps with cable TV for lock in for 24 months

4. Raffle: All signs up to qualify in a raffle for a chance to win the ff. prizes:
• 15 winners per cluster (total 45 winners) of P5,000.00 worth of grocery/supermarket GCs
• 9 winners of smartphones (3 per cluster)
• 6 winners of 55” smart TVs (2 per cluster)
• 3 winners of motorcycles (1 per cluster)
5. Each sign up earns subscriber one raffle entry.
6. Current fiber only to upgrade to bundle and current cable TV only subs who will upgrade to bundle should be able to settle any past dues to earn an entry for the raffle.
7. To all current updated fiber bundle subscribers:
• Minimum of 6 months without arrears from Jan-Oct, they get 1 raffle entry/e-ticket per month w/o arrear (so 6 months is equivalent to 6 eraffle tickets. Add 1 ticket for additional month w/o arrears. If they don’t have arrears from Jan-Oct then they get 10 raffle entries)
• Those current updated fiber bundle who did not meet the minimum 6 months w/o arrears can update their Nov-Dec dues to get 2 raffle entries.
• All monthly advance payments will also get one (1) e-raffle entry per month
8. Promo period is extended until January 15, 2023. Deadline to earn a raffle entry thru our e-raffle portal for a chance to win the prizes is until 11:59PM January 15, 2023.
9. Raffle will be drawn on January 16 via an online random name generator. Winners will be announced on January 17 on Asian Vision’s FB page.
10. All employees of Asian Vision, any other party who are directly involved in organizing promoting or conducting the Draw and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
Raffle Draw
1. Raffle entries with names of subscribers will be electronically generated.
2. A person can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, winner will get the prize with the higher value.
3. Raffle draw will be held at the following Asian Vision offices in the presence of representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
• Asian Vision Lucena office for Quezon
• Asian Vision Batangas office for Batangas
• Asian Vision Zambales office for Zambales
4. The raffle prize may not be converted to cash. Registration and other related expenses relative to receiving the grand prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
5. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Asian Vision free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
6. Asian Vision reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.
CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION
1. Raffle draw winner will be notified by Asian Vision through GSM call and SMS.
2. The winner shall claim the prize at the Asian Vision flagship branches. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, Asian Vision reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winner will be give sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Asian Vision with prior DTI approval.
3. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D. (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produce or verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
4. Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of the representative and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification.
5. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Asian Vision relating to the draw. The winner agrees that Asian Vision may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as Asian Vision considers fit.
