PROMO MECHANICS, GUIDELINES AND TERMS

• The 50 on 50, 50 Pesos Na Cable at Internet! Bagsak Presyo Sa Gintong Anibersaryo promo is exclusive for Asian Vision Olongapo City branch only.
• The raffle promo is open to NEW CONNECTIONS as well as to existing subscribers 2 years and up without disconnection.
• New Connection Subscribers can avail of any fiber packages and have to pay a cash out of only Php50.00.
• New subscribers of any Fiber Bundle will receive an umbrella and one raffle entry upon sign up. New connection (internet only) subscribers in non-cabled areas are likewise qualified for the raffle and shall receive one raffle entry but will not receive an umbrella. Existing subscribers without disconnections are not entitled to the freebie also.
• For the requirements, new subscribers must present their valid ID and one proof of billing.
• Subscribers must be informed of their 36-month lock-in period.
• All new sign ups have to drop a photocopy of their official receipt to serve as their official entry to the raffle. For existing subs, they need to settle their current billing, then drop the photocopy of its official receipt as their entry.
• Duration of raffle promo and collection of entries will start from June 15 to July 15, 2023, 11:59PM. The grand raffle draw will be conducted and winners will be drawn at a grand raffle event in SM City Olongapo Central, Rizal Avenue Extension, Olongapo City on July 15, 2023 at 3:00PM with the presence of a DTI representative.
• There will be two (2) winners of brand new motorcycles. Prizes are tax free.
• Other minor prizes to be raffled are the following:

• Prizes are not convertible to cash.
• New subscribers’ payment for modem regardless of terms (3 months, 6 months or 10 months) payment should commence not later than 1 week (7 Days) from installation.
• To be eligible to join the raffle, subscribers must be up to date with their account a day before the raffle. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• All employees of Asian Vision, any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draw and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Asian Vision free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
• Asian Vision reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry.

CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION

1. The Raffle draw winner who is not present during the grand raffle draw event will be notified by Asian Vision through GSM call and SMS.
2. The winner shall claim the prize at the Asian Vision Olongapo City office. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, Asian Vision reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winner will be given sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Asian Vision with prior DTI approval.
3. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D. (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
4. Requirements of the winner's representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of the representative and the winner's valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification.
5. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Asian Vision relating to the draw. The winner agrees that Asian Vision may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as Asian Vision considers fit. The winner's name may be published on Asian Vision’s website & social media channels – www.asianvision.com.ph and https://www.facebook.com/AsianVisionFiber
